Kinsmen Scuba Splash: Dec 2/23

Edmonton's KINSMEN DIVE TANK SCUBA SPLASH - FOR CERTIFIED DIVERS ONLY!

Dec 2/23: AUC + The Dive Outfitters = DEMO/Workshop Opportunity: SMB Deployment (u/w) - learn to deploy a surface marker buoy from safety stop depth, using a finger reel.  Limited # of reels/smb - please bring your own if possible.

Location: Kinsmen Sport Centre Aquatics (Edmonton), 9100 Walterdale Hill, Edmonton, AB T6E 2V3, drive around to DOOR #10, unload quickly & move vehicle to parking spots nearby.

(Note Specific Monthly Dates - Usually booked from November through to May each year, Kinsmen's Deep Tank)

2023: Nov 25, Dec 2, 23, 30th

2024: Jan 6, 13, 27, Feb 10, 17, Mar 16, 23, 30, April 6, 20, May 4, 11

Time: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM - NOTE TIME:  - Don't be late!  But don't arrive before 4:45 pm to set-up gear.

What: Scuba splash for fun pool practice time for Edmonton & Area divers (Dec 2 only - demo & learn to deploy SMB (surface marker buoy/reel) - provided by The Dive Outfitters -Edmonton).

Who: Certified divers only (must bring and show your certification card)

Cost: AUC Member Price: $15 prepaid or cash only +  (non member: $25)

Remember: Must bring all own gear including tank/weights, Be sure to contact your favourite LDS (local dive shop) for their gear/tank rental options), Don't forget your C-Card - must show to volunteer on deck.
