Please meet in main foyer of Percy Page Centre with face covering/mask, physical distancing requirements and do not attend if feeling ill. AGM will consist of Presentation of Reports, the Financial Statements from previous fiscal year (2019), President's Message & summary of previous year's programs, events and activities.
Followed by Election of Officers for AUC's Board of Directors (2020-2022). Nominations accepted until Nov 7, 2020 (one week prior).
No additional business or nominations from floor will be added. No food/drinks offered due to COVID.
Please attend (only if well) or via ZOOM and help influence the future direction of the AUC.
