11 AM—2 PM: AGM: Presentation of reports, financial statements for previous year, summary of previous year’s programs & activities.                                                          
ELECTIONS: Nominations are needed  immediately for the Election of Officers for 2 yr term: 
Vice President—2 year term                                                                                         Director (s) x 4—2 year term                                                                            Directors (s) x 2 - 1 year term                                                                                     
Nomination forms required in advance.  Nomination Form: Contact AUC Office, or find on AUC Group FB Pg/Documents.             

Followed by: LIGHT LUNCH & DVD Presentation: TBA

Note: there is no charge (other than your own travel costs) — try to car-pool with a buddy or other club members!!
